ARTISTS STATEMENT

I Shot Myself is an awesome opportunity for anyone to explore their bodies and push the boundaries of their confidence. I've never been that comfortable in my own skin, it's something I've battled with for many years - I'm lucky enough to love myself, but have never really had an appreciation for my naked shell. This is something that is changing and improving so huge thanks to ISM for providing that opportunity through the shoot. Getting to know your body is important, and having an awareness of how (fuckin' good) you look naked transpires into so many other areas of your life outside of sex.

Why i shot myself: I think it's important for women to feel confident in their bodies and with their sexuality. Even today, sex isn't spoken about half as much as it should be, nor are anxieties about bodies.
