ARTISTS STATEMENT
Ishotmyself gave me a whole new appreciation for my body and what precious beauty it holds. Being naked in my backyard juggling times that my housemates weren't home, I've never felt such a close connection to the earth and feeling dirt and grass under my feet and other bits. One of my favourite parts of the shoot was whipping out my guitar and amp and havin' a lil' jam while naked, I'm definitely doing that again. It felt like I took music and (already being my main flow of self expression) could express it even more in my own skin and nothing else. If I had to sum it all up it was euphoric.
