ARTISTS STATEMENT

Growing up, I was a very self-conscious person because of my size and the world can be a horrible place sometimes. It took me an extremely long time to let all that go and learn to love myself. I still find it struggling at times with how the world has become so materialistic. Loving myself naked is not easy but I have come to learn that women of all different shapes and sizes, very rarely love themselves naked! This shoot took me out of what I thought was my comfort zone, only to realise I have never felt so comfortable before in my life.
