At first I found this to be quite difficult, but I became more confident as I went on, and really enjoyed it. I am fortunate enough to not have too many hang-ups about my body - which made it easier - and after a while I became less aware of being nude. I don't mind the idea of other people seeing me naked because I am proud of my body and its attributes.
