ARTISTS STATEMENT

I'd always felt mediocre about my body as I grew up. After moving out of home I've more readily explored myself and others and discovered the beauty of acceptance and appreciating certain quirks about myself that I'd previously loathed. I did this shoot to reiterate to myself the freedom I am blessed to experience, and remind myself of the beautiful body that I still often ignore.
