ARTISTS STATEMENT

I had found that I had never really experienced my naked body for extended periods of time and therefore the experience was confronting in the beginning but I began to appreciate my body during the shoot and became more confident with myself. The experience of being part of the IShotMyself campaign was interesting and empowering in its message of being bold and confident in your own skin.
