ARTISTS STATEMENT

So I am 24 almost 25, I haven't always had a great relationship with my body. I have been through a lot from gaining weight, to having an eating disorder. When I was younger I always thought my friends were prettier than me, there were so many things I wanted to change about my body. Not only have my friends helped me grow to love myself and build my confidence, the one person I can give credit to is my fiancé, not a day goes by that he won't compliment me or make me feel beautiful, he lets me try new things like lingerie dancing and pole dancing which also helped a lot but mainly having the support has got me through. If it weren't for him I would never of had the confidence to even try dancing in that scenario and since then I've realised that we are all different and we need to love and accept every part of our body as it's who we are and no matter what, there will always be someone who loves you just the way you are and if they don't, then they aren't worth having in your life.
