I have always had body issues and would have never done something like this a few years ago, I had an eating disorder in high school and never liked the way I looked, however over the years at working on self love it's so rewarding to see my confidence and appreciation has improved massively. I was pleasantly surprised at how I felt during and after as a result of the shoot.
