For as long as I can remember, I've always loathed my body and how I've felt about it. Confidence has never been a strength of mine, though I've desired it more than most things in my life. Hating my body naked has hindered my intimate relationships in the past and caused me to lower my standards of what I thought I was worthy of having. Working in a fashion industry you feel a certain pressure to look a certain way. I Shot Myself is about trying to let go of all the negativity and just be like "Fuck it I AM ME".
