ARTISTS STATEMENT

My self-confidence in my body varies a lot. I lost a lot of weight last year but am still hoping to reach 60 kilos. On the day of my shoot I had lost 4 kilos since the last time I checked so I felt pretty good doing the shoot! I was more comfortable naked than I had anticipated, and enjoyed the experience of photographing myself. I am rarely naked so it was an unusual experience for my to explore my body for a day - I enjoyed it.
