ARTISTS STATEMENT
I have lines on my body. Some are lines I have deliberately caused to be there. Each tattoo is autobiographical and charts my sensual and erotic identity in an historic way. Some lines are scars, each with their own story of change, for my development as a physical, time-limited human. Some lines are because of time itself, time lived-out in the only body I will have in this life. I love my body - it is my own. I also like it - in all its uniqueness and sameness.
