ARTISTS STATEMENT

After being on a big journey of discovery, learning, and challenges for the last year, I finally feel more comfortable and within my body then ever before. Being able to do a shoot like this is so liberating and really makes you see yourself in a completely different light. Like most people, I have hang ups about my body, but I have come to realize that it is so much easier and healthier to look at yourself with eyes filled with love, rather than criticism and comparison. There is so much more to life then the external layer of our being, we have been given an incredible body to experience this world and I choose to celebrate and love life with it, rather than against it. Thank you so much Feck for giving me this opportunity to express, surprise, and love myself in a way I didn't even know I could. I had so much fun and would do it again in a heartbeat!
