ARTISTS STATEMENT

I feel about myself how I wish more young women would feel about themselves; that is a divine Godess; capable of giving, sharing, loving and supporting; clever and independent, healthy in mind, spirit, and body. I'm thrilled with how the shoot went, keeping in mind my inexperience in this field. I felt as though, the more photos I took, the better I became behind and in front of the camera. I loved the location:(my car), the brown vinyl of the back seat in the afternoon sun and the smooth contours of the bonnet. Not to mention the old, cobbled laneway and the derelict, industrial landscape of rusty oranges and dusty browns reminded me of an Antonioni film. Also, there is nothing like a sexy pair of red heels and a little bit of red lippy!! I have the human body and have absolutely no qualms about getting my gear off in public, nor does it concern me if other people do the same - I say: "Everybody Nude Up"! As far as 'fame' goes - I loved the movie, but I have no intention or desire to become famous. I'd much rather live out my life completely anonymously - a 'Mystery Girl' for sure! Although, I do have fantasies of being the lead singer in a 'HOT' Rock 'n' Roll band! If only I could sing! Taking nude shots of myself in my car was something I was very excited about and I just love how they turned out. I think I look beautiful and sexy, strong yet demure. It was all pleasure and fun getting my gear off!!!
