It's one of the most difficult things in life to accept who you are and the reality of what you look like. Appreciating it runs a close second. Public nudity is one way a person can do this. You shouldn't hide what you look like beneath layers of clothing and you shouldn't be ashamed. The imperfections of a body are the things that make it interesting and unique!
