"I took these photos on my balcony - my favorite place in the apartment. There is a very beautiful view there, from which you can't tell at all that I live in the center of a big city! The balcony is completely glass, and it's even a pity that hardly anyone can see me from the ninth floor! By the way, I recently bought this sundress at a thrift store. It is very cute, and in general I think that tender images are much more sexy!"

"This enchanting photo shoot was taken in Thailand, a spontaneous adventure I embarked on in the heart of Asia following a breakup with my boyfriend. I'd spent my last bit of savings on a ticket and nearly missed my flight. But, I made the most of my situation and dived into the world of photography. In those moments, I rediscovered my own beauty, and it made me laugh with joy. As you gaze upon these images, you'll see the radiance of my spirit, filled with love and desire, and I hope it transcends the screen, igniting a spark of connection between us."

"I decided to shoot at home where I feel most comfortable to express myself. ISM has really opened my eyes to how I perceive myself and what is considered beauty. It has forever broken me out of my shell I've grown so used to over the years. It has been an opportunity of growth and acceptance and I am so thrilled to have the chance to do this! It is time for the expectations that society has managed to suffocate us with be lifted off and replaced with a fresh new perspective. Not only just superficial things, but to allow everyone's inner beauty blossom and thrive as it should."

"This project really helped me to accept and celebrate my body and my sexuality. I saw myself from different angles, in different positions and I saw myself just as I am. So beautiful and real. I could never believe that I'd be this comfortable making these photos, I was always very shy. It was not that easy though, and took longer than I anticipated. I shot myself in my roommate's room because there's no sun in mine (she actually doesn't know about that). After making photos for this project and seeing other people's photos, I fully understood that everybody is different and beautiful. Seeing real people naked gave me the realization that everything is right with me and I have nothing to be shy about. I am really happy to be a part of the community, so thank you."

"My first ISM shoot was the beginning of my journey into confidently loving my body and expressing my sexuality, so getting the chance to a second shoot where I've come into my body and have more confidence in showcasing my sexy self! Chronic illness flare up meant I leant into a more vanilla shoot, but I still enjoyed showing off every curve and roll I have!"

"I shot this folio early in the morning, just after sunrise, while everything was still quiet. The light coming through the window felt soft and private, like the world hadn't fully woken up yet. I love that time of day, because it makes me feel most connected to myself. I didn't plan every pose, I just let my body move naturally, still a little sleepy, which gave everything a raw, unpolished feel. There was a strange kind of calm in the air. Afterward, I wrapped myself in a blanket, made tea, and felt both exposed and at peace"

"I shot these photos after thinking, "Fuck it! I am hot, I am enough of a girl and a woman. I deserve to feel fucking hot in my skin instead of thinking I'm not curvy enough or my boobs are too small." I got more and more comfortable throughout and really got to enjoying myself. I feel like I've never seen as much of my vagina as I did when I took these photos!I felt pretty and not overly made up. I wanted to show the entire process so me drying my hair, the make up, the hair brushes, etc; I wanted to feel and show how I enjoyed getting ready and how I feel prettiest prancing around!"

"I shot my folio at home in my new apartment, and imagined how many new people would see me, it excited me. I imagined how they would admire my body and I liked it. I always like to try something new. After the shoot, I reviewed my photos and thought, damn, how much I love this business! Haha. I really liked the shooting experience for this project and I hope you like my photos! I wish that people would share their photos more often and see something beautiful about it."

"I shot all these pictures at home, but not in one day, because there were difficulties with the lighting at times. Choosing the perspective, because I have almost no experience in such photos and it was very unusual for me to do all this, but it was interesting. I was very worried and I don't know if I did it all correctly. I studied different angles in order to express myself with these photos. Fortunately, I was at home alone to feel creative and free. Now due to this new experience, I feel more confidence."

"It was a wonderful and planned day that my girlfriend and I wanted to spend at the beach. We got ready and got dressed. And then Mia decided to take selfies for her boyfriend, and I couldn't miss the opportunity to join in and fool around. But something clearly went wrong... it all started innocently with the usual selfies, well, and then came lifting the skirt, then revealing our tits, and that took us away that we did not realize how we were naked, but it's not surprising, we were so engrossed in the process that did not notice how the sun went down. But we had our own sun and hot atmosphere on the bed." - Mariya_S

"I loved taking these photos with the sun coming through my window and shining onto me. I find that the more photos I take, the more playful and confident I get. I tried to think out of the box and get into different and interesting positions in front of the camera; it's very freeing to me. My favourite thing about ISM is that it's not fake and I get to show just real angles of my body. There's something I really like about being able to show my personality through my posing. I hope you enjoyed my pictures as much I as enjoyed taking them!"

"I took the shoot in the early afternoon in my cozy room. I wanted to play with textures and stretches and yummy flavors. So, I got myself some flowers, my favorite treats and got sticky, juicy and delicious. It felt so natural and my pleasure in food came quiet handy. I love stretching, so putting my body in weird angles was very fun! Enjoying my own touch and not taking myself to serious was the motto. Listening to my favorite music, this felt like a little holiday on my own. Afterwards I felt like I had treated myself to a spa day".

"Hello! I want to tell you about my photographs. I took them in the morning in my apartment. When I took these pictures, I had no reason to think anyone would come into the room and find me naked with a camera in my hands, but on the contrary, it made me very excited. This is my first time in the Ishotmyself project, but I gladly participated! I would like to do something like this again. After the shooting, I wanted to review my photos many times, evaluate myself from the outside. I was worried about how hot, natural, aesthetic I could be. I want to say a big thank you to this project for this opportunity."

"I've been wondering for a very long time if I could take so many photos that I would like. In the end I managed that, but first I prepared a lot and then I just let go of control and relaxed. I got a good night's sleep and started taking pictures. I wanted to take photos in nature, but there was no possibility to go somewhere else, so I took these photos in my apartment. In fact, I waited for sunny weather for a long time, as it had been raining and cloudy for a month, and it was dark. In the end I got so carried away with the process that I forgot to eat, but I liked it! I had never seen my body from different angles like this before and I was pleasantly surprised that my body is beautiful."

"Some witchy winter solstice ritual madness...It's been a while since I felt so connected to my body. On the morning of the shoot, together with my housemates, we lit candles for the Winter Solstice to let go of what no longer serves. We sang together, had a cold plunge in the pool and screeched, danced, cackled afterwards. Then it was time to call in what we DO desire - and what a perfect time to be feeling so powerful... I sat by the fire with warm oils and some surprising textures of feathers and wood, then anointed myself. I'm focusing on clearing some of my anger towards the masculine, and this practice felt so primal and releasing. Sending feminine rage into the flames. When my partner came home, I anointed him too and he bowed in reverence. May all of us forgive each other and become more truly and deeply connected with our bodies' truth."
