"I decided to do this shoot because I have struggled with self love in the past especially when it comes to my body. I have always been pretty self conscious about my stomach and decided to do this photoshoot to just be me and appreciate my body the way that it is. I honestly felt a little awkward at first but in the end I feel like I got some stunning photos of my whole body and that feels amazing! I really just went into this not over analysing my body and it was extremely freeing. I loved that my dog Oreo just hangs around me so much he ended up being featured a few different times."

"I am exactly the kind of person who can walk around naked on a nude beach without any problems, so I didn't feel nervous or anything. Therefore, when doing shoots, I am proud of my beauty, so that in my old age I have nothing to regret. In photographs, I can show my essence, how funny I can be. In general, I like to be playful and a little childish. I am also a creative person who has been involved in music since childhood. I play many instruments a little, but my specialty is the saxophone, since it is equal to my sexual energy. Playing on it makes my pussy wet, as all my sexual energy is poured into sounds."

"I shot most of my photos in my bedroom and courtyard during the day when I was home alone and undisturbed. I had previously tried doing the shoot but lockdown and other circumstances made it difficult. Doing it a second time properly, I was able to make my space comfortable and my own and actually mentally get into a space to shoot which helped tremendously. It was very empowering to not only take the photos but thinking of ways to creatively interact with my environment and taking photos with the right lighting really challenged me and made me enjoy the project and at ease in my body :)."

"I recently got this aerial hammock and I've become obsessed with hanging upside and seeing all the ways my body can bend. I like creating angles with my long legs and this photo shoot really allowed me to explore that. Although, in order to shoot this my garage was open to the street, so I do wonder if any of my neighbours caught my upside down bum on their afternoon stroll. Of course it wouldn't be an I shot myself folio without several guest appearances from my animals, who always steal the show. I hope you are enamored by my chicken that matches my red hair."

"I spent the whole day at the beach and it's kind of a miracle that my skin didn't burn! But I brought a lot of sand home with me. It was everywhere: in my ears, in my hair, in my nose, and, of course, in my vagina! My plush goose also dried for a long time after the ocean, and was very sticky from the salt! My headphones were damaged, but I do not regret anything! Especially because I even managed to masturbate a little while hiding from people behind huge rocks. Although, you should have seen their faces later, when I came out of the water with nipples showing through under a wet T-shirt!"

"While I was shooting I decided to take some shots at a friend's place where there was nice lighting and a comfortable vibe. As I got further into the shoot and more creative with my poses; I felt more comfortable with my body, the way it moves, its folds and creases. Running through my head was this idea of confronting what I previously thought made me sexy to others and coming to terms with feeling sexy just for myself. I ended up feeling really relieved and safe at the end of the shoot, with a newfound appreciation and love for my funny little skin suit."

"Hice mis fotos en mi nuevo lugar. Es una casa compartida y por lo general nunca viene nadie, pero hoy aparecieron todos, incluso los visitantes, y fue divertido obtener la mejor toma justo al lado de mi ventana con las cortinas abiertas. Como soy muy tímida al principio, puedes verlo en mi cara, pero cuando seguí pensando en divertirme y relajarme, obtuve mejores ángulos y vi lo hermosa que soy, jaja. / I did my photos in my new place. It's a shared house and usually no one ever comes but today everyone showed up, even with visitors and it was funny to get the best shot right next to my window with curtains open. Because I am really shy at the beginning you can see it on my face but when I kept thinking of having fun and relaxing, I got even better angles and saw how beautiful I am haha."

"Who would have thought that earlier this year I would be sunbathing in an interesting project about a new view of my body. I am very happy to see the sun almost every day, it energizes me, so I thought that shooting a portfolio would be easy. I experienced a spectrum of emotions from lightness and habitualness to moral satisfaction but with a note of disappointment in myself and my body. In the middle of the journey I realized that it was all about enjoyment, giving me self-confidence and a love for my body, flaws and all. That is why my photos are filled with different emotions and while writing this text I am smiling and will keep this mood for the rest of the week! Thank you for this opportunity."

"This shoot is dedicated to my breasts, and the beautiful scars that now live on them after my breast reduction surgery. I wanted to showcase the changes my body has been through recently, and I ended up doing a shoot that is quite similar to my first ever ishotmyself, many years ago. It was nice to return to the dark green outdoor aesthetic, with this significant change to my body. I absolutely love the green gown I shot in, and had so much fun playing in the garden, feeling like an empress. I always feel more confident after a shoot, and it has been really wonderful to watch my comfortability with my body increase over the years that I've been doing this project."

"Throughout taking the photos it was a nice experience seeing the different angles and images of the shots, I saw parts of my body you don't usually take notice of and it felt quite liberating taking the photos in this style. The experience is something like never before and to be given the opportunity again was great. At the time of shooting I thought about capturing the best parts of a woman's body as all women are designed in their own and unique way. I felt body confident and there was a nice sense of feeling to be completely bare. I would most definitely do this again as I thoroughly enjoyed it."

"I have a 60's red velvet modular lounge that I always spread out on, it felt super natural to do the nude shoot on it! I also tried to get natural lighting, which is kinda hard since I live in a renovated garage, so I had to leave my door open, and I definitely flashed a good few people. There's this horrid construction site near my house, and I'm sure the guy who operates the crane enjoyed my shoot from his spot up high. In any case, the shoot was such a centring experience - such a wonderful opportunity to see myself how others so often see me, but not often how I get to see myself. The takeaway - I need to take more nudes because they make me feel so good about myself!!"

"It was early morning but the water was very warm and good. I was sitting on the stones and feeling waves on my body that was amazing. A very nice start to the day. The next morning I went to the beach again to take pictures underwater. It was so fun because I had to stay underwater to take pictures but I surfaced quickly. In general, I really enjoyed participating in this project and taking photos for I Shot Myself. I like taking pictures but my face rarely comes out well so I don't really like taking selfies with my face in them. I hope you enjoyed coming on this journey with me! Kisses!"

"Tome estas fotos en casa, el lugar donde me siento comoda. Estaba pensando en la diversidad de los cuerpos incluyendo el mio. Me sentí libre y poderosa haciendo este set. Mientras lo estaba haciendo, mi padrastro golpeó la puerta y me asusté jaja, pero nada pasó. / I took these pics at home, the place where I'm most comfortable. I was thinking about the diversity of bodies, including mine. I felt free and powerful doing this set. While I was shooting, my Stepdad knocked on the door and I was scared that he'd catch me haha but nothing happened."

"Ishotmyself 2.0, 6 years later. Back in the Land Down Under from abroad, indulging in a well needed personal date! It has been a while since I've been one on one with myself in a new place, in a city I love, re-adapting to the sights and sounds of my local community, nestling amongst the knick knacks and creative stacks that fill my new abode. Being with the trees and the flowers on the lawn, swatting mosquitoes whilst dodging passing cars and pedestrians. Morning coffee never tastes better than when following an empowering one on one experience with yourself and your body. Thank you ISM!"

"In making this folio I had a lot of fun. This is my new home and what could be better than walking around your house naked, au naturale and having fun. I would call my folio - "In the Morning", as that's how I show myself in the morning. As soon as I wake up and go to the kitchen to make myself a coffee. I must admit that doing so gave me pleasure and I would like to give you pleasure too. I think there is nothing nicer than waking up and feeling at home, free and naked. Warm, natural, fun, sexy.
