"This project was such an exciting experience for me. I have gained a lot of weight recently and been unhappy with my body. I was hoping this project would make me feel sexy and beautiful again. I shot this in my bedroom so that I would be as comfortable as possible - also the lighting is amazing so that helps! I found the more photos I took, the more comfortable I got with taking the photos and more in love with my body. I became more artistic with each shot, trying to incorporate close ups and use of fabrics to show my feminine side. I feel so much happier with my body after taking these photos and realising that I can still be sexy and beautiful despite not being the conventional body that society deems as beautiful. This project has helped me to remove myself from the ideas of what a beautiful woman is and realise that I have always been a beautiful woman and I will continue to be a beautiful woman."
