"I really enjoyed letting myself go, leaving the camera in charge and seeing what eventuated. I loved being outside, looking out over the water. It came quite naturally to me as I'm a pretty confident person, though it did take a while to get used to all the different ways to actually shoot myself. Feeling all the different textures against my skin was nice too - the roughness of the woodchips, the cool breeze from the water..."

"I shot myself early in the morning, in my friends back yard. The first thing I did while setting up the shoot was step in a big pile of dog poop, and it was so cold, I didn't want to wash my foot! The dawn was chilly and I was tired, but that made it all the more dreamier. I love the colors that came across in the photos- like wonderland."

In Japanese mythology, a shy sun goddess named Amaterasu reigns the day supreme. Golden haired sun deity Olwen is celebrated by the Welsh, while here down under the Djanggawul sisters have taken the sun goddess thing to a whole new level. So we feel assured that Ambra A will be in good company, when we start worshipping her with sun dances. How can we resist making the connection, when the sunlight is clearly as in love with her as we are?

"I decided to escape the cold Melbourne weather so I went up to Byron Bay for the weekend. The family friends who I was staying with had this beautiful warehouse backyard, so I finally managed to shoot myself outside while they were out. It was a bit scary, as I was waiting for them to come home at any minute and find me, but I was in luck. It was so nice to be able to feel the sun on my skin for a change, and I even managed to score myself a little tan! Once again, I loved every minute of it!"

"I love the beach, so while I was waiting for everyone to leave to give me some privacy, I just chilled in the nearby rockpools which provided some much needed cool relief on that really hot day. Thinking back on it, I must've looked a bit odd with my mirror, just hanging about on the beach, waiting. I also had my friend keeping watch... she said she'd scream if someone was coming. Normal beach behaviour, really."

"We really had more fun now. It was the first time being naked in public, I don't even do topless. We change clothes when we are togheter, we don't hide, but we didn't see actually really naked till we have this experience. After that, we stayed naked both in the same room because it was so hot with no problems. It was scary because we could get caught anytime, but we weren't and everything went fine. I think this experience made us to be more close, we were good friends..but now I can say we are best friends." - Izzabella

Svetlana T's flushed cheeks make it look like she's just popped back in after running a bit of a marathon. She's just going to take some naked selfies before she hits the showers, NBD - and after that she'll go rescue a little girl's kitten from a tree, build a house, and solve that pesky overpopulation problem before plunking herself down in her favorite spot for a rousing episode of The Simpsons. Now that's our kind of girl!

"I spent a few days searching for the fields and the bush to take my photos. My favourite time was in the fields, and one day I took the photos at sunset time so it was very warm and comfortable. There was lots of sheep and it was funny because I must jump over the fence a few times to get away from them, but I think they were more scared of me. I also took a lot of photos low to the ground so that I can't be seen because of the big grass. I had a very nice time."

"It was some years ago I was on holidays at the seaside, at a funpark just to break monotony. I saw a girl facepainting kids and I was so amazed that I spent an hour watching her, asking to have a face paint too, but she replied it was only for kids. "Oh well", I thaught, "you know what? I'm going to learn to do this, and I'm going to be better than you!" My friends gave me my first colors for my birthday that year, I started step by step painting faces, and finally I discovered that skin actually covers the whole body.."

"La culotte que je porte sur les photos est un cadeau de ma colocataire. Elle fut ma petite amie il y a longtemps; elle me l'a offert pour me souhaiter un bon voyage a l'autre bout du monde. Ca me rappelle quand j'habitais avec elle, nous nous baladions tout le temps en culotte dans l'appartement. Elle me l'a offert car j'avais l'habitude de ne porter que des strings, et elles que des culottes customisees. J'ai hate de pouvoir lui envoyer une photo!"

"Als ich heule Morgen in die kuche beam, fand ich ein gesche meines Katers Whiskey. Stolz legte er mir die weibe Brieftaube meins Nachbarn vor die Tulpe. Da ich meinen Nachbarn und seine Taube sehr mag, Schnapple ich wir eine Feder, ging in den garden und wersuchle frei nach dem Motto ein Bild sagt mehr als thousand worte eine passende Entschuldigung zu finden! Meint ihr, er versucht mir hoch einmal?!"

Shibby and Fluffy have a really great relationship, don't they? When Shibby's hungry, Fluffy's there to make her a sandwich - and when Fluffy gets a little too excited, Shibby always forgives him.
