\"Ar lan y more is Welsh for \'beside the sea\'. I wanted my folio to be a true record of my body as a part of nature so I packed my tent and spent a day at the seaside with no make-up, no adornments, not even shaving body hair. I arrived at the beach before dawn. I think the pictures show how I felt, taking a break from city life and being myself, no more or less beautiful than any other creature.\"
