"I started shooting in my room, then made my way to the lounge and then the garden where I ended up getting eaten by the sun and chewed by little bugs. During the shoot I was so concerned with getting the best lighting that I kept forgetting to tell my three male housemates that I would be running around the house in the nude hehe. One very unexpected thing that happened during my shoot was when I saw a figure outside my window that turned out to be a guy wondering where the health clinic was (which is next door). Luckily, I had a dress close by and popped that on and asked him if I looked like a doctor. After the shoot I felt very energetic and ended up having a great play with myself outside."

"I took these pictures in my friend's apartment (mine is almost in a basement and there is no light at all) and we spent really quality time together. I had mixed feelings about my body at the beginning, but after I got used to it, I realised that I can find beauty in something less obvious and it was quite enjoyable. I realised how many nice features and textures my body has, how soft and stretched it is. I drank a lot of peach tea and found all the weird postions in which I can put myself. It was a nice experience, also challenging at times, but it was worth it."

"This is my second ISM shoot. I loved the feeling of being in front of the camera and not feeling judged for my rolls that I would usually hide, and absolutely loved how I felt in my first shoot so I've decided to do another. This one will incorporate a few more colourful items and more things on the nature side. I'll be including plants and natural elements like fire and water. Mostly I just wanted to do another shoot in the hopes that somebody with my body type sees it and isn't afraid to be a bit more expressive in their day to day life and maybe even shoot their own project one day."

"I made this folio over a whole week in different places. The first place was by the river and in the village where I used to live, I wanted to take a photo there the most, because I really miss this place. We were with a friend and fooled around a lot. A couple of times I had to get dressed very quickly, because people found us. Then I took pictures at a friend's house, it was very hot. And the last place was the villa where I worked as a cook. I arrived at work early in the morning and everyone was asleep, it was time to take pictures and cool off in the pool. It's a folio with a summer vacation vibe and I love it."

"It was a great adventure for me to take part in this project. I decided to shoot as soon as I could, but as I don't live alone, I had to do this shoot at my friend's apartment, also I just really like her home's retro style so much. I was taking pics while I had a day off, full of excitement and anticipation. Everything went smoothly except the moment when my friend came home earlier than planned, but I was already finishing. The most important thing about the shoot is my increased self-esteem and goosebumps all over the body. Thank you for this opportunity."

"I shot my photos at home in between days of unexpectedly long hours at work (which had tired me out and made me feel a bit loopy). I got to explore different angles of my body I don't normally consider or appreciate, particularly when I've been so conscious of taking "the right photo" for partners in the past. I thought about that a lot while shooting, and how freeing it felt to not be weighed down by that expectation. I also got to look around with fresh eyes at what I care about when it came to 'expressing myself' - which turned out to be music and art. My favourite tunes at the moment were playing on speakers while I rolled around on the floor a lot, so it was definitely an enjoyable experience."

"Está experiencia fué vivida con total libertad, si bien nunca antes lo había hecho me sentí cómoda y libre. Hacer las fotos me conectó con mi intimidad y mi sensualidad. Imaginaba las reacciones de otras caras al mirar mis fotos y pensaba - Les gustará? Porque me gustó mucho y me sentí libre de auto fotografiarme. / This experience was lived with total freedom, although I had never done it before, I felt comfortable and free. Taking the photos connected me with my intimacy and my sensuality. I imagined the reactions of other faces when looking at my photos and I thought - Will they like it? Because I really liked it and I felt free to photograph myself."

"My shoot was taken in my backyard during a hot summer's day in Aus! I just got home from a little adventure down by the river and felt inspired to take a playful shoot with myself. I was wearing my favourite pirate-styled dress which has soft lace and materials running across my legs! This felt very sensual as under my dress I was wearing absolutely nothing. I felt so turned on by myself; appreciating my curves, rolls, bum, breasts, red hair, body-hair, and amazing body that continues to change and grow into its own beauty every year. This shoot was my own slice of paradise to feel switched on, excited and deeply in love with myself."

"The Tale of A Tiger by Dario Fo is about a soldier who, close to dying, drags himself into a cave before promptly passing out. When the soldier wakes, in front of him stands a tiger and her cub. What follows is a story of his domestic life with his tiger family. You can meet the tiger in my photos, go on then. Every day I walk down my hall and look deep into the eyes of this theatrical tiger. It is entirely why I ADORE red. Red is the colour of sex, passion, courage, danger, sacrifice, joy. I fucking love Red, these photos are my love letter to Red."

"I did the shoot in my apartment, some in my bedroom and some in the lounge room. It's pretty much all windows so I thought I would try and capture myself when the morning light shines in. I wanted to see if I could play around with light and shadow in some of the photos and I was quite pleased with how they came out. I have to admit, there were some moments that were confronting, my body has changed over the last few months and I did judge myself a little, but the more I pushed forward, the more comfortable I got, and the more comfortable I got the more creative I got. I loved doing this. I feel my confidence slowly coming back."

"I shot this at my house in my room and in the garden. It was a warm sunny day and I loved the way the light fell through the trees and hit my skin. When it's warm I become very dreamy, and the air felt thick and sweet around me. I was very taken with the romance of the atmosphere and my spaces which had seemed dull until that moment were imbued with beauty and meaning and I felt beautiful within them. Taking photos as I went through my day made me feel playful and silly, and I danced and ate lots of sweet things in my breaks."

"The best lighting is in my kitchen and when I open the window all people living in the building opposite of my one can see me while I take these photos. These are my everyday clothes and the most comfortable underwear. I was glad when I heard about I Shot Myself - this is a chance to create sustainable content and show myself as I am. During the shooting, I thought about how to give the viewer the opportunity to be close to me. I wanted the viewer to participate in my movements and not just peep."

"Hello! It's been a couple of years since I shot for ISM and I've put on a little bit of weight recently so I'm celebrating my new curves and loving my 70's style bush! If you're wondering, that's 7 months growth right there. Anyway I hope you like my pictures, I just got a brand new glass butt toy so I thought I'd have some fun with it and I can tell you it does the job just fine :)."

"I went to the park down the road from my house for this shoot. I left at 5am so it wouldn't be too busy. I rarely get up that early, so little did I know that 6am is the mosquito hour! Despite having about 10 mosquitoes on me at a time for the entire shoot, I pushed through and actually had a really great time! I got caught by a couple bikers, a runner, and a dog walker. But they just smiled and carried on! Once the park started to get really busy I went home and took a few more photos on my couch while I warmed up with a cup of tea. It was an eventful morning to say the least!"

"I'm on the way to start to love my body, and taking part in this naked experience was an important first step towards achieving that. I definitely felt more confident with myself during the photoshoot, I think I'm as beautiful as any other woman. I felt completely comfortable because I did the shoot by myself and I took a long time with it, feeling wonderful the whole time. I really love to be naked because it makes me feel more free, and I feel more creative because I needed to imagine new poses and new angle for pictures. My phone takes nice photos wouldn't you say?"
