"I really enjoyed taking these photos. At first I felt a little awkward - I'm comfortable being naked, even naked in front of a camera but taking the photos myself while trying to pose naked felt super strange and weird. I quickly got used to it though and after my first few photos I was having a lot of fun. It was a great feeling shooting myself and having total control over how the shot looked. I realised how used to having someone direct me during photoshoots I was. Having all control was a whole new experience I really enjoyed having so much freedom. I found myself searching for props and new creative angles to make the shoot more fun and interesting. When I came across a bag of sprinkles I knew I'd struck gold. I had a lot of fun taking these photos even when my housemate and his date came home and busted me naked in the backyard with sprinkles all over me - eeeek!"

"We had a lot of fun with this shoot! We definitely wanted there to be no sexual content, just because we are a cuddly couple over a sexual couple. This doesn’t mean we aren’t intimate, because we definitely are. Intimacy doesn’t mean sex. For this shoot, we were staying with some friends while we were looking for a place, and were petrified each time they walked past. We can just imagine them barging through the door and not knowing what the heck was going on!"

"I've been told that it is a miracle guys would want to slide over me. Well, feck that. I chose a public place for the shoot to push myself to get over my insecurities. I lost myself in staging my body, oblivious to the attention flowing towards me. This is my refusal to have my body and its allure shaped and framed by the male gaze. I loved every minute of it."

Allie is the master of a perfectly executed nature shoot and here she returns with a jaunt to the beach where blue skies and crystal ripples compliment her chestnut curls and smattering of freckles wonderfully. There's an undeniable feeling of jealousy towards the water and sand that get to be so lucky as to accommodate this exceptional land mermaid.

"I had a lot of fun doing the shoot and wrapping myself in woolen ropes. I definitely ran in to some difficulties as my window faces out on to a main road and spent half the time lurching away as swarms of old people walked past right next to me. A lot of people and their dogs definitely saw me naked"

"After months in New Zealand, when I stayed to skip winter and afford myself a two summer's year, I'm back in Paris, in the bright pink room of my best friend. I'm in a cloud, having this kind of out-of-body experience due to an intense 12-hours jetlag, as well as the exhaustion of a 24 hour flight. Therefore, what's better to reconnect my body and my mind than getting naked, mirrored, and immerse myself in corporeal sensations?"

"I shot the pictures in different places like my car, in front of the ocean, in the national park, etc. I love to travel, so for me it was natural to choose these different "stages". Everytime I was afraid about other people seeing me and every single shot I was looking around me like a crazy!! Once I was in the car and at one point next to me, there was a full family, ready to start their adventures....I said just.....hello!!"

"I took these photos at my man friend's house because he has a pretty garden and a zoo of animals so I knew I would be comfortable and in a good mood. I took a break in the middle because I realised there was a tradie on the neighbour's roof watching me (lucky guy). It then started raining so the remaining photos were taken in a bedroom. This shoot made me feel totally sexy and in control and beautiful and comfortable and natural and safe and that's exactly what I was hoping for and more. I actually felt so good I had to take a break for some sexy time. Overall, this shoot was totally rockin' and I'd do it a million more times."

"Shooting myself was an interesting experience! It was a super windy day, but luckily very sunny and warm so I did not get cold :). But because it was so sunny, there were limited areas of full shade for the best lighting. And with the wind, being under the trees, it would change the branches and lighting every second! So it was definitely a challenge. It was freeing though, to be totally naked, outdoors, and not worry about anyone seeing me! I'd been on a nude beach only once before, but still felt uncomfortable with so many people walking by. I grew up an only child and consider myself an introvert - so I love my privacy! It was cool to have the mirror, but I found it quite challenging to use it a lot, whether because of the lighting, where I could put it (so I'd be in the shade) or just because it was so hard to find the right angle. I decided to use a scarf during my shoot, that and my wild hair were really fun with the wind! Though that got frustrating as well, overall it was a really fun experience. I would suggest to any woman do this; it's the kind of thing I'd do on my phone back home for fun...why not get paid to do it and share body positivity! Women have enough standards to live up to, it's time we took back our bodies and got rid of those dumb expectations! Celebrate you! You are beautiful."

"As I'm coming from a world of art and always used to be so close to the nudity world in an artistic way, it makes me feel that maybe I should try to be naked and explore the other side. I try to have an open mind and investigate my body from different angles. At the beginning it was little unnatural. But then I got softer and liked what I saw and got! I think that it's important to do it, even just for yourself in your own place. But I think it makes you feel better with your body which these days I think it can be really hard to love your own body."

"This was my first time filming a shoot. It posed some challenges while I was in the forest. There are no tables to prop up the video camera so I made the most of tree roots (plenty of those available). It was actually nice to talk to the camera as the shoot developed. Filming was fun. Especially in the forest. It felt like I was on an adventure and I really feel at home in nature."

"I shot myself to challenge myself! While shooting I enjoyed so much to connect with my naked body and connect with all the elements on my skin. I loved to wander naked and to imagine what it would be like if someone would see me while being so empowered and in control of my body while expressing myself. I felt a lot of confidence and I got in tune with my sexuality. I got into a deeper connection with myself and my libido. I have the control and I realised how much I can excite myself! An amazing experience :)"

"The fact of first shooting with my clothes on was different so I didn't know how to start but I also enjoyed it. I had a remote, which I loved because it is so easy to take a great picture of yourself. I had a really great experience and I'll do that again if I have the chance."

"I live in a shared warehouse with about 25 other people. We have an entire room filled with costumes and props and weird objects. I was actually overwhelmed with options and I had to really filter the good ideas from the not so good ones. It was a blast. And it'll be a good laugh when my roommates find out what I was doing with these items and where I was sticking them. I used their clothespins to stick on my nipples as a personal homage to Francesca Woodman."

It's been a while since we last saw Fin, as it would seem that she has been busy thumbing around the country like a regular ol' Sissy Hankshaw from Even Cowgirls Get the Blues. Good news for us then that she decided to capture some of these gorgeous moments along the way.
