"My bedroom where I was planning on shooting this has a massive window overlooking my neighbour's garden they never use until the day I was photographing my vagina in the mirror. Lucky for me my flatmate has some nice soft morning light in her room and let me entertain her with my little photo shoot! My arms are so much more flexible than I thought and I'm feeling like the selfie queen after doing this project."

"Doing ISM was empowering and made me feel very self aware and opened me up to how I see myself and my body. I love nature and I spend a lot of my free time just laying out under the trees, listening to the sounds around me whilst playing music, and in this shoot I was outside and I felt the same feeling that I do when I'm outside relaxing. It was wonderful to be nude among the different plants and grass and I felt great just laying there but being able to capture the moment. I felt very at ease during the shoot and nothing felt unnatural. It was such a great experience and I believe it is something all women should take part in."

"I had a very pleasant time with this project. I've never really taken nude photos before, but I have always wanted to explore how I would feel nude behind a camera. I've always thought I would enjoy it because I like how my body looks and I am very comfortable being naked, and I was right! I had a blast exploring what makes me feel sexy and confident behind the camera. My highlight was finding out I can take sexy nude photos with my foot, I felt very proud about that."

"The shoot itself mainly takes part in either my bedroom or my art/creative space in our backyard. It's my first time doing something like this so I am just experimenting. I live in a sharehouse so I did have one walk in which was pretty funny. Basically I just wanted to share and express myself in my space which is why I have called the shoot Our Space."

In part two of her video Charlie_M invites us to bear witness to one of the sexiest daily rituals there is. Lathering up and rinsing off, she bookends her video wonderfully and in the process makes everyone watching feel an irrational jealousy towards her moisturiser of choice.

"My folio was done mostly at my boyfriend's house since that's the place where both he and I feel the most comfortable at. We not only used his backyard and bedroom but also ended up going to nearby public places like a playground. It gave me a total rush and a kick knowing it's open public and there's cars passing us by that could've busted us at any given moment. His roommates were aware of me doing the project at their place but one of them ended up walking in on me one morning. We had a good laugh about it afterwards."

"This photo shoot was really really fun. My Mum busted me and wasn't as encouraging as would be helpful but I got through it on my own and had a ball! It felt so liberating taking photos of myself, and my cat even joined in on a few! He wasn't as enthusiastic as I was and left a few scratch marks on my leg...but at least he looks cute!"

"I had a lot of fun with this shoot in the garden. After working with ISM twice now, I feel my confidence has really grown a lot. I am so much more comfortable in my body and feeling so much more love and appreciation towards it, replacing the shame and negative thoughts from before. It felt amazing to be outside and play around with my surroundings, feeling really sexy and relaxed, having the sensation of plants and the wind and dirt on my bare skin. The whole experience has been really, really liberating :) I now feel proud and happy and free in my own body and unapologetic about my sexuality."

"This is one of the most interesting things I have ever done! Ishotmyself gave me the possibility to re-discover my body in a creative and sweet way. I found myself smiling without a reason while taking my pictures and experienced an unexpected feeling of freedom. Laughing at myself as well while trying to be creative in terms of postures and variety and also discovering my confidence growing quickly. One of the best experiences I have ever done!"

"This shoot almost felt natural for me after already completing the first one. I went in with full confidence knowing that I could look good. The lighting was absolutly perfect, it was so warm and illuminating on my skin. It made my eyes pop and left me feeling really warm and flirty which really added to the shoot."

"This is my first folio so it's about me and who I am! (totally original idea™). In this folio I show my quirky hobbies and reveal myself in the most vulnerable way I can imagine, I hope this folio shows the side of me that I love, the fun spirited, confident and outgoing me."

"I grew up outdoors, falling in love with the magic of exploring gardens and the wonder of plants. I feel most alive being naked in my garden first thing in the morning as the sun comes up. In this shoot I felt stripped back and natural without make up, just me waking up my body slowly, letting my soul touch the earth. I love natural light on the naked body and seeing myself wrapped in the soft morning glow brought a smile to my face! The shoot made me feel at home in my body again and also in this city life, having my garden to play in is a precious part of who I am."

"I decided to shoot in my friend's room which has some really amazing golden wallpaper. I then wore my favourite vintage slip which I love to romp around the house in - I was going for a sort of 60's Playboy feel. As I undressed I moved around various locations in the room and the bed. I was going for something glamorous yet natural, so I kept on my reading glasses and went for poses which exaggerated my natural curves."

"Jag gjorde det har projektet for att jag var nyfiken pa att utforska min egen sexualitet och lara mig att till fullo njuta av min kropp. Och jag njot verkligen av den, mycket mer an forvantat! Jag alskade att se olika vinkar och detaljer av min kropp som jag annars inte ser. Det fick mig att kanna mig unik och vacker och jag kunde verkligen uttrycka mig sjalv i varje foto. Efter ett tag gjorde alla foton mig mer och mer upphetsad. Nar jag var klar ville jag fortsatta att leka och skrev till en kille jag kanner som garna ville vara med! / I did this shoot because I was curious about exploring my sexuality and to learn how to fully enjoy my own body. And I really did enjoy it, much more than I expected! I loved seeing different angles and details of my body that I don't usually see. It made me feel unique and beautiful and I could really express myself through each photo. After a while the photo shoot started to make me feel more and more excited. When I was done I wanted to continue playing and wrote to a guy I know who was happy to join me!"

"So I asked my best friend if she didn't mind videoing me while I shot myself. We both drove out to the forest together and really made a day of it. We made a picnic and sat down beforehand and talked about what we would do, how we would do it. We just jumped straight in, it kind of all fell into place. At the end of it we both just had a giggle and watched through the video together."
