"I woke up at 7am to start shooting. My partner and I had arrived late at our secret camping spot, and we hadn't had a chance to see the view yet. It was breathtaking. I was so cold I didn't even want to get out of the van, but I knew I only had a few hours before the tourists started showing up, so I had to start filming."

"Shooting this was so important to me. When I model, I don't usually have as much control over what/how I come across. I decided to use no props and display my personality through my ridiculous facial expressions and poses. I blasted my Hottest 100 votes for the year, lit my favourite candle (Glasshouse: Rio De Janeiro) and shooed my dog off the bed (multiple times). I'm already quite confident and comfortable with my body, but this made me fall in love with myself all over again!"

"My focus this time around was highlighting my curves and specific bodily features with a lot of close-ups and the paint, as opposed to my other shoots which have been outdoors and nature-focused. Doing it inside was much more challenging, I chose my kitchen because of the funky floor and huge window... at some point the neighbours shut their blinds, so I guess they'd had enough. Oh well, we're moving out in soon anyway."

"I felt so mischievous getting outdoor shots as a lot of them are in hidden public places. My favourite place is amongst some dunes just off a nudist beach, it was a tiny spot but I had a lot of fun and laughs twisting my body and using my feet to take photos. Plus, there were a ton of creepy crawlies and people walking their dogs to be cautious of. This is truly an experience I will never forget."

"I planned on taking warm, sunlit self portraits over a couple of summer days. Living in Melbourne though, of course it stormed and rained for three days straight. Enjoy me, mostly cozy and warm inside (although I did attempt a wet little shoot in my garden in the rain). I was a little confronted by my imperfections and even found some new marks and scars, but I slowly began to fall in love with them along with the rest of my whole self throughout the few days of shooting. I feel like this was the first real time I have faced my physical insecurities and it was not easy, but it was a really refreshing experience and I learnt to enjoy this time with myself in this way."

"It was a lot of fun doing another shoot, especially because I did it together with my best friend! In the first shoots that I did on my own I was still pretty self conscious and shy, but this time I could really feel myself! We even had more ideas together. "I was visiting the Gold Coast and staying with some friends that had an awesome pool with the Balinese shelter and stuff and I asked if I could use the pool area privately for a few hours. I went and posted up around the pool. I found it really hard to not put my camera into the water while I was shooting, so it made it hard for me to get all the angles that I wanted to get but it was definitely one of the funniest shoots I've done. It was such a beautiful day and I got a bit of a tan."

"La idea de tomarme fotos completamente desnuda fue todo un desafio! Lo tome y me arriegue a ver como me sentia! Sin dudas recomiendo que lo hagan, es divertido y adrenalinico! No hay nada malo en sacarse fotos desnudas y explorar tu sexualidad! solo hay que arriesgarse! / The idea of taking completely naked photos was a challenge! I took it and took risks to see how I felt! I definitely recommend that you do it, it is fun and adrenaline inducing! There is nothing wrong with taking nude photos and exploring your sexuality! You just have to take the risk!"

"Going into this, I wasn't expecting to experience such a joy from it. I felt at ease in my own skin, celebrating my rolls, my cellulite, my cuts and bruises. There was no hiding, no sucking in my stomach, no shaving or ten pounds of make up. Just me naturally. I did my shoot in the apartment of a beautiful young man. We met just a week prior at a club. I asked him for permission, expecting him to say of course not and instead I was answered with an excited and supportive yes! He was in the apartment for some of the shoot and I loved seeing him smile while I pranced around his place stark naked. He even cooked me a meal! And since I was already naked and in the mood, I got him naked and we had a little fun...Okay more than a little, hehe!"

"I had so much fun shooting myself. I chose to do the shoot in my bedroom, with my window wide open and the morning sun beaming in. After a strange and tumultuous 2019 full of many unsettled living situations, I have now found a home I love, and therefore my bedroom has taken on a special significance and importance for me and played a large role in me upping my self-love game. I used my favourite handmade Bolivian tapestry as a backdrop. I really got into moving and stretching my body too."

"Las escaleras de mi departamento nunca se sintieron tan sexy. "I find a lot of joy in dancing, performing, modelling, camming, tinder, and attending wild sex parties! Maybe it's shallow, but every bit of reassurance I get helps. So many cancer survivors feel like their kinky life is finished after cancer. They put themselves on the shelf, for fear of rejection or negativity, but my experience can show that a few scars and missing body parts really is irrelevant. The body image and sense of self is all that matters. If you can come out of the cancer experience with your self esteem intact, you are victorious!"

"I was very excited about getting involved with ISM, I've learned how to love myself and my body the hard way in life and I couldn't wait to put all of myself and my new found confidence out there, however, I found it incredibly confronting shooting myself so close and personal. I felt I couldn't get my body to sit and look appealing twisting and arching to fit within an arms length, so I gave up on that and shot my body as it fell with all my hair, rolls, sags, scars and imperfections on show."

"I shot this folio on a steamy hot night, in the middle of a heatwave. I had to run two fans around! I haven't done this for years... I had forgotten how exciting and special this process is. You may spot my DIY paper-wrap device on my lens, in order to get this blurry effect."
