"It's great to be back on ISM! Some kids who live near me built this kind of tee-pee out of tea-tree in the bush near my house so I thought it would make a good place to shoot. It was kind of infested though, and I got a huge ant bite on my butt, not sure if it came out on the photos. I hope you like my photos, do you want me to do another one? :)"

"The shoot was incredibly empowering. Visiting the woods, stripping off the barriers we call clothes between us and Mother Earth, hugging trees, rolling around on the crunchy leaves blanketing the ground - I felt so alive and simultaneously so peaceful. Nudity comes naturally to me, but taking photos of myself naked was kinda funny. It also felt amazing to celebrate and see every single part of me from different angles. I found a spot, right at the top of a hill, away from other people, which was perfect for the shoot. Only once did a runner pass me - I practically threw the camera down, pulled my dress back on and dropped to the floor - I couldn't stop laughing to myself at what I must have looked like after that!"

"Got out of a bad sharehouse situation and moved to a new humble abode with my cat, Basil. There is a ladder to my loft bed and a sky light above. It feels like living in a cubby house just for the two of us. I live with strangers who go about their own lives and respect each others privacy, meaning I am free to be constantly naked in my room. The space is small, but it is mine, surrounded by trinkets from my life. I took advantage of this in my shoot, rolling around in my space with my fluffy cat, playing with the stones and crystals I've been collecting. It feels good to have fun, naked and playful, nothing to spoil my time or my space."

"For my shoot I woke up early, showered, and danced around my room to get ready to take pictures. However, my room is on the first floor and my window faces a busy street. As soon as I was going to start taking pictures my housemate's Mum and Dad came over and stood in front of my window for what felt like an hour talking to the neighbours and my housemate. I felt like they could surely see my through my sheer curtains!! Really killed my sexy vibes. As soon as they left I turned the music back up and got right back in the mood."

"My backyard is usually pretty open but in the earlier hours of the morning when no one is around I was able to get away with the shoot without anyone watching over my back which was both exhilarating, the fear of getting caught, and freeing. To be completely naked without hesitation in a space I otherwise may not be able to was magical. It is true when people say being naked in nature connects you closer to your surroundings, it's as if even one layer of clothing still acts a block. Having this opportunity again was incredible and I'm so grateful to be able to participate in a project that is fun and empowering."

"Otra maravillosa experiencia con ISM! venia pensando que seria interesante filmar todo el proceso de fotografia. Pienso que retratar el movimiento aporta toda otra textura a la experiencia que la hace mucho mas fluida y autentica. / Another wonderful experience with ISM! I had come to think that it would be interesting to film the entire photography process. I think that portraying the movement brings all other texture to the experience that makes it much more fluid and authentic."

"I wanted to get out of the city and under a clear sky for my shoot, so I ended up on this perfect little farm. It was literally perfection to be out in an open field, naked with some horses and donkeys. The animals were super friendly, almost too much so, because once I pulled out the carrots, they started chasing after me all around the field. One of the donkeys (named Paris) became my buddy, but he got just a little bit too personal when he started bumping me in the butt with his nose!"

"In my first shoot I had a clear idea of a theme for an overall feel, being real artsy. This shoot was way more random as I wanted to do it on top of a beautiful lookout location and ended up not having enough time. So, I did the second part of the shoot in my backyard. Playing with different personas, putting on different music. I ended up having a little trashy moment (aka sitting on and riding a bin), owning my inner slut, and moving back to a natural feel and being playful. I loved playing with water and seeing how it affected my body and how to capture it."

"Doing 'IShotMyself' was a lot of fun, but I was also surprised at how empowering it was! I came away from the shoot feeling sexier, more confident, and ready for anything! I don't think I'd ever taken so much time out of my day to just lie back and appreciate my body, and it's definitely something I want to do more of. An ant did bite me on the butt while I was shooting, so maybe next time I should be a bit more careful about where I decide to romp around in the nude :P."

"For this photoshoot, I decided to take photos outside. The natural light made it super easy to get a variety of angles, as the illumination of the sunlight was all around me (even when it was hiding behind the clouds most of the time). My back garden is a great space with lots of plants and greenery, which is why I wanted to shoot out there. However, I kept having minor panics that my new roommates could walk outside and think "What is this chick doing?!". I don't think we're that close yet haha! Overall, my setting was the right choice for lots of interesting visuals - mother nature is the best! I think for my next shoot, I'll make sure to plan ahead by ensuring I am home alone!"

"I thought it would take a little while to feel at ease, but I almost immediately had fun with it. Playing with angles and seeing all the interesting shapes and patterns that my body was making helped me to silence the inner critic and really celebrate my body completely. My housemate's cats got involved of course, because they love to get involved with anything we're doing (they love to help make the bed!). My neighbour did walk past my window as I was shooting this, but I was having so much fun I honestly just laughed and waved. It's not the first time I've been caught nude by my neighbours, but it is the first time I've not worried about seeing them in the communal spaces afterwards."

"I was raised in the Irish countryside and have always felt great comfort in being around nature. I had originally planned to create this shoot in the mountains during the Easter break but due to unforeseen events I had to change the location to my garden. The shoot was risky due to our garden being quite open to our neighbours. Initially I was quite prohibitive with my nudity and avoided shooting in certain areas of the garden so that I would not offend our neighbours if they were to catch me, but after a few minutes I just let myself go and snapped myself in all positions!"

"I shot myself was a lot of fun and a great experience! My photos were taken inside and outside because I love nature and I love being naked in my bedroom. It felt strange at first getting naked in a public area, but after finding an area secluded enough I started shooting. After the first few photos I became more confident and began having fun with it, twisting my body in different ways, using the sun to create shadows on my body. I felt so connected with the earth feeling the grass and dirt on my body. I enjoyed feeling a little naughty and knowing the possibility of getting caught got me excited. At the end I didn't want to put my clothes back on, I felt so comfortable with how I was."

"For many years I blamed my body rather than realising it was my mind that was at fault. I was floating, unable to feel comfortable in my own skin. Unable to experience life in fear someone would see what I saw at the time as flaws. Intimacy could not be felt. Changing in front of friends was filled with anxiety. Sharing with a lover, never dreamed of. I always covered up. I allowed my mind to dicatate my every move - the way I stood, walked, and the clothes that I wore. And nudity, was forbidden."

"Originally, because my approach to nudity is natural, I wanted to take pictures in nature. I didn't have this opportunity so in the end I took the photos at a friend's house. I was home alone and suddenly everything inspired me. I was on my period and didn't know what to do but in the end I decided to take a picture with the tampon sprouting - it was natural then until the end! I started by taking pictures in front of the mirror at different angles and then I just experimented with random objects that winked at me..."
