Brody, The more you post on the forum the more likely it is that you will be invited back. Or so I've heard. Though it is also true that the amount of response to your folio would have a major effect.

I agree with you about how hard it is to get a good photo when you're 'shooting yourself', and yes we all do a fantastic job considering...

Thanks for ur help sweeet pea!

Also I dont get to choose if i reload that is out of my hands............

Less is More is a quote from my university days.  Can't for the life of me remember where it originated.

Has to do with art and film making.
The demands on film making, advertising art, and any other art where there is a time element in the presentation, or use, or observation.
The net, and normal attention spans are areas where the concept is also valid.

trim the content to its message.  Avoid clutter.  Keep the entire presentation coherent with the theme. - In radio, television, film, delete scenes not absolutely essential for story flow, character exposition. In advertising photography - and art in general - eliminate distractions from the message - no irrelevant stuff in the background competing for attention, look for the stuff that makes the subject unique and use it.

less clutter in the image - more impact.  The sharpest blade has the least steel at the edge.

clutter - where does more content become clutter?  Knowing that is art.

you know I think thats insane, I'd most of the chicks on here to reload often.  A couple of my favourites recently put out some really got new sets plus one of them did a video too so I doubt I'm gonna see anything from either of them for a while.

Not necessarily.  For artists who first appeared before the voting system, we used the comments as a guide - and we still do.  And discussion on the forum counts too.  Liandra is right when she says that artists who post here are more likely to be invited for a reload.

Not too obvious eh?  An artist moves people to comment spontaneously, and an artist communicates with the viewing public, It makes a site where the images are real.  A big component to the attraction is getting to know a bit about real peole who dare to be seen nekkid.  An interface.

Keep doing it your way, I love the results.  And I like the constant willingness to tweak and tune the site.

The site rocks.

Rock on.

Brody, if you are still looking for pointers you could do worse than look at todays folio 'knockout' by bing bling. This is a very sexy folio..lots of fun in there and no sign of the 'porn face'....great set

Well going on what's been getting people stirred up on the forum lately, there seems to be a real cat fanaticism (whiskers, cat ears, a little tied on tail etc) or of course women in uniform. Alternatively you could put on a tennis dress, a blonde wig, grab a racket and pretend to be Anna.

I think your own ideas were pretty exciting, something about trapeeze and chinese pole wasn't it? If you can work those in that would be one I'd like to see. Good luck.

Heck yeah that counts!  Kittys in the folio has happened a lot recently.  Of course, you may want to keep your kitty(s) away from yesterday's primary folio!  smile

Oh, and there's also the famous "CATT" who posts here quite often!

All I have to say is bring 'em on Brody!  I can't wait to see another set from you...meow!

You and I both! Swinging from a trapeze I can visualise but the chinese pole - mmmm that has me stumped. I'd also be interested to see what Brody comes up with.

That approach could be extended to full body painting. It's a beautiful art form, if there are any contributors out there who have, or know someone who has the skills.
