\"I have a bit of a thing about beetroot. Beetroot is pretty earthy - so it was nice to be in the undergrowth with an earthy, soily vegetable. I love cooking, I love holding them and I love painting with their juice. I have a bit of a beetroot fetish - I thought the coloring would be a nice contrast to my quite pale skin too.”
