"The reason behind me doing the shoot was that for a long time now, I have been seeking more happiness and confidence out of my life. I have felt for a while that the likes of instagram, facebook and magazines have really affected the younger generation's confidence as they all give the illusion that you have to have the perfect figure, the perfect contoured face, a teeny waist and a female body-builder's bum. Who are we really trying to impress? A fake world behind a screen! I came here to become my true self, be healthy and happy in who I am, so when I spoke to the people behind ISM and got an idea of the meaning behind this it really stuck out to me, as I have been hoping to find women that are like-minded and appreciate REAL people. At the end of the day we all live to be loved and I guarantee you whether you are in a relationship or searching, or happy being single, there will always be just one person that loves your imperfections - whether it be your Mum, your dog, boyfriend, girlfriend, there is always one. There is too much criticism now towards women in regards to what the media has portrayed us to look like and this site is perfect for making real women feel good about themselves and it gives me a chance to also contribute to people feeling good about themselves.
