When it\'s this hot in Melbourne, there are few unacceptable modes of cooling off, including flagrant disregard for water restrictions. You\'re only supposed to \'water your garden\' between 6 and 8 AM, but Elliot Blue\'s fence is high enough that the tattle-tale neighbours won\'t be able to blow her cover.
