"This shoot for me is about embracing and getting comfortable with my new body. The new scars I have look quite minor, but they represent the 5 different surgeries that I have undergone over the last 6 months. My body has taken me on a rather tumultuous journey after my appendix became infected and then burst last September. Currently I take 23 pills each day and are supposed to use my walking stick if I'm feeling fatigue. I am using this opportunity to do another ISM shoot which is always a wonderful experience alongside relearning, rediscovering and falling in love with my body and my sexuality in its new form."
