  MOVE_INTO_BLISS by WOLF
"I'm trained as a dancer but I've moved much more into performance art. It's a form of healing, it's a form of therapy and it's a great way to deeply connect to myself and life. It's a great way to get emotions shifting through your body and to not allow them to be stagnant, allow them to move through you. It's also a beautiful way to meditate, really let your mind go and just be here, be in your body. The best dance class I've ever done was a contact improvisation class. For the whole hour and a half I was blindfolded and I didn't know who I was dancing with. At first it was quite scary but by the end of it I had completely surrendered. It was one of the most blissful, ecstatic experiences of my life."
