"I challenged myself to do ishotmyself while working on my bucket list which included visiting a clothing optional (nude) beach, and I ended up spending hours just sitting in my own company with some music and the gorgeous view in front of me. I gain so much every time I commit to ishotmyself and this one found me shedding any new anxieties that had wriggled into my life, while also refreshing my sense of self worth and personal confidence."
