"I never realised naked felt so good. Usually the only time I am naked is when I'm having sex. I sexualised my body quite often and put myself in this category of self consciousness, being drowned in it. It's such an easy thing for people to express negative things such as "I'm tired, or "I look bad in these pants" but it's even harder to say over confident things such as "damn I look good today", you don't hear that as much. I find that people are able to relate to negative things more then positive self talk. We are brainwashed to feel bad about ourselves so we buy into things we need or think we need to improve ourselves. We live in a society that sells sex. This photo shoot was incredible for me because although I had my insecurities, I did not let it control my thoughts and actions. I took my first photo and zoomed up on my boobs, insecure about them. I then zoomed out of the photo and just looked at myself as a whole. I was so happy and I looked so beautiful and so natural. I saw myself for who I really was and not just a pair of boobs but as a whole. I was able to experience myself for as I am not as I thought I was. Very powerful."
