"So I had known about ISM for a little while and was always interested in it. I decided it would be a bit of fun. I got to learn a little bit about my body and how to express it in different angles. I found the shoot harder than I thought it would be. Originally I had loads of ideas of what positions and poses to do but then getting stuck into it I started to get stuck. After a good sleep, fresh ideas popped up and I got a little more creative with props. A lot of thought and time goes into posing for the camera. It was great fun and something I would definitely do again and would encourage girls who also have low body confidence to give it a go."
