\"It\'s bright ridiculously early in the last months of summer. I begin shooting around 7 am, the garden already warm and saturated with light. I\'m still wearing lipstick, which is a blood red I\'ve bought a year ago, something about it gives my face a completeness, like I look more like myself than without it.\"
