"My shoot was spread over a number of days, mostly first thing in he morning when I woke up and feeling my most sexy. I was also lucky enough to get a few sunny mornings and afternoons so I took advantage of the spring sunshine on my skin in the backyard. Taking these photos was an empowering and beautiful experience for me, knowing that I was solely doing it for myself and not for anyone else. The more pictures I took the more relaxed and creative I got with poses and positions and lighting. Over the week I began looking forward to my daily 'allocated' shoot time because it was time to connect with my body and fully appreciate it in all its beauty."
