Sally is a travelling companion of recent shooter "saltwater", and like her, is Canadian, blonde and hot. Actually if you do an ISM search of Canadians you'd be excused for thinking there's been a little eugenic manipulation north of the US border. Something in the Humpty Dumpty chips maybe?
