"J'ai réalisé ce projet dans ma belle maison, ce qui était un peu difficile car je vis avec neuf autres personnes. Avoir de l'intimité peut être compliquée dans ce contexte. Mais d'un autre côté, cela a ajouté un peu d'adrénaline au processus. Le premier matin, j'ai commencé à prendre des photos dans ma chambre et sur mon balcon. Cependant, l'inspiration n'était pas au rendez-vous. J'étais trop occupé a penser à une décision difficile que j'avais à prendre dans ma vie. J'ai médité et demandé de la clarté. Quand la clarté est arrivée, ma créativité aussi. J'ai pris un grand miroir et écrit "Je me choisis moi" en référence au titre du projet, "Je me prends en photo", et en accord avec la décision que j'avais prise. Le lendemain, le temps était parfait et personne n'était dans le salon ou le jardin. J'ai pris d'autre photos, appréciant mon corps, mon jardin et ma créativité, mais en me demandant constamment si quelqu'un allait entrer et me surprendre en train de me prendre en photo. Ahaha. Personne ne m'a vu, mais vous vous allez me voir. / I did this project at my beautiful home, which was a bit challenging because I live with nine other people. Privacy can be complicated in this context, but on the other hand, it adds a bit of adrenaline to the process. On the first morning, I began taking pictures in my room and on my balcony. However, I was too much in my own head, thinking about a difficult decision I had to make in my life. I meditated and asked for clarity. When the clarity came, so did my creativity. I took a large mirror and wrote "I choose myself" in reference to the title of the project - "I Shot Myself", and in alignment with the decision I had made. The next day, the weather was perfect outside, and nobody was in the living room or garden. I took many more pictures, enjoying my body, my garden, and my creativity, but constantly wondering if someone would walk in and catch me in the act. Ahaha. Nobody saw me, but now you will."
