Psytrance ballerinas are generally for a specific time and place, but Stara doesn't buy into that whole 'appropriateness' thing - she'll wear a rainbow tutu and a smile wherever and whenever she damn well pleases. Causes a few problems at the shopping centre, but here it's just part of the everlasting show.
