"I shot this around my apartment, which made me nervous at first because I have floor to ceiling windows so any of my neighbours could have seen, but once I got into it the idea of someone catching me mid-pose added to the thrill. I love the fact that doing yoga has made my little body more flexible. I've gained some weight in the past few months, and afterwards I was thinking about how illuminating it's going to be to reflect on photos I've taken of myself in the past where I was clearly a lot more performative with my body whereas now I really just take ownership and enjoy my body, curves and all."
