"J'ai fait ce projet il y a 3ans. Faire ce projet la première fois m'avait ouvert les yeux sur chaque parties de mon corps; me laissant voir la personne que je suis de façon plus profonde.je venais de finir une thérapie pour l'anorexie et c'était une des premières fois que je prenait le temps d'admirer cette belle enveloppe corporelle que la vie m'ait offerte. Le refaire maintenant m'a fait réaliser à quel point ma confiance en moi à évoluée. Je suis nue avec moi-même plus souvent maintenant et aller dans la nature est la meilleure façon pour moi de le faire. / I did this amazing project three years ago. Doing this the first time opened my eyes to my features and every inch of my body; allowing me to look at myself deeper. I had just finished a therapy for my anorexia and it was one of the first times I was taking time to feel good about that beautiful envelope life gave me. Doing it now made me realise how much my confidence has grown. I am being naked by myself regularly now and going into nature is the best way for me to do it."
