"A primeira sessao foi muito importante pra mim, porque a luz fez um efeito parecido as minhas estrias. Que eu tenho aprendido a aceitar no meu corpo e acho muito importante que seja mais naturalizado. Assim como todas as nossas marcas. A segunda foi de manha, apos e durante me alongar. Eu nao me alongo sempre mas quando eu faco isso, tem todo um ritual, faco um cafe, coloco o tapete na grama e me faco presente. / The first session was very important for me, because the light had a similar effect of my stretch marks, which is something that was a bit of a process to accept on my body and I think it is very important to be more naturalized.
