ARTISTS STATEMENT

Emotions. C’est la meilleur description que je peux donner à ma contribution au projet. Irritabilité, déception, colère, anxiété, contrariété, joie, attente, ennuie, surprise, rage, tristesse, relativité, acceptation... L’Etre Humain est imprégné de toutes ces sensations. Le fumeur les gère derrière une cigarette, voir plusieurs. Les autres ? Je ne sais pas. J’ai arrété de fumer et j’ai commencé ce projet au même moment. Puis toutes ces émotions m’ont submergé, noyé. L’art est un moyen d’expression. La nudité est un art. J’en suis ressortie fière et grandis par l’acceptation de l’Etre que je suis devant la mise à nue physique et psychique d’un appareil photo. // Emotions. This is the best description I can give to my contribution to this project. Irritability, disappointment, anger, anxiety, contrariness, joy, waiting, boredom, surprise, rage, sadness, relativity, acceptance... The human being is impregnated by all these feelings. The smoker controls them with a cigarette, or several. The others? I don’t know. I stopped smoking and I started this project at the same time. Then was overcome, drowned by all these emotions. Art is a means of expression. Nudity is an art. Stripped bare by the camera, both physically and psychologically, I emerged proud and grown-up by the acceptance of the being that I am.
