This shoot really made me look at my body in a way I never have. As a younger teenager I dealt with some abuse in relationships, so I always saw my body as an object, and something that has never belonged to me. I hated being naked and never looked at myself in the mirror while naked, or was naked around anybody else. I associated being naked as feeling vulnerable and in danger, so it was something I avoided at all costs.
