"The shoot took place in my apartment. I was in a playful mood, my favorite music was playing, I smelled my favorite perfume, all this created a wonderful atmosphere for me, which is very important for shooting because the picture conveys my inner state. It is not so easy that all the "delicious parts" fit into the lens and still looked beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, but I think I coped with the task."

"It was a nice warm autumn day, the sun was shining outside. I did my shoot at home. I was in a good sexy mood because I like to admire my own reflection in the mirror. I imagined a neighbor peeping at me from the house opposite, and him getting excited looking at my body. He watched my every move without taking his eyes off me. He started to caress himself. These thoughts turned me on and I wanted to tease more and more. After the shoot I was in a naughty playful mood."

"I am currently staying at a friend's house in Melbourne, who fortunately has a beautiful big garden I was able to shoot in. It was a beautiful, sunny autumn day - the perfect weather to be nude outside! The sun warmed my skin without being too intense and there was a gentle breeze. I used a few mirrors throughout the shoot and halfway through, one fell and smashed dramatically. While shocking and disappointing at first, I discovered the smashed mirror created an interesting visual effect so perhaps this was a blessing in disguise."

"Making a folio for ISM is something that we should all experience. I had fun and let my creativity lead me to play with my body and also to think about the people who were going to see my photos. I was not only sensual but also some of my photos have very funny faces because in everything we do we apply a touch of happiness!"

"I did this shoot at my boyfriend's house and backyard. I felt really comfortable doing it as I had the house to myself and could shoot wherever I wanted. I was a little nervous at first because of acne and other marks on my body but after a little bit I came to the conclusion that it was completely normal and I didn't have anything to worry about. I found the whole experience of the project very empowering for myself."

"Hey hey! Rachel here on a very cold day in England. The cold doesn't really bother me, I often prance around the house in the nude. I very rarely get dressed as soon as I'm out the shower, or even when I'm changing from my pyjamas. There's something very free and invigorating and I just don't think about it, I'm sure my neighbour across the road must have seen me, curtains open, in all my nakedness!"

Hey! Look what we found hiding away in the archives over the last thirteen years... here's what she said: "It was a sunny Saturday afternoon. The sun was out and the air was warm. I could hear the neighbours talking and laughing. They had friends over for a BBQ, and because the fences are low - I chose the shady spot under the tree to shoot. I found my old hula-hoops too which was fun! I felt cheeky and it was exhilarating!"

"My photo shoot took place in my room and just outside my room over two days. I wanted to get different lighting so I could play with shadows and get different vibes from during the day and at night. I tried using different items in my room, wrapping them around me, whatever I could to help try and express myself the best I could. At the beginning I was struggling, but towards the end I was becoming more comfortable and was willing to show more of myself."

"I shot this folio in my bedroom with some of my favorite objects in the world. I wanted this shoot to reflect my spiritual journey and showcase the ways in which I've come to love myself. While photographing my naked body and simultaneously holding my crystals and other tokens of my faith, I felt so much self love for my natural body and things I generally see as "flaws". With all of these insecurities, I put a heart shaped rose quartz crystal next to each in this folio, to honor them as parts of myself that are beautiful."

"As I began to shoot I initially felt cold, exposed and awkward. As I was on my balcony listening to the birds sing, slowly warming every part of my exposed body in the morning sun, I began to warm up and feel comfortable. I started feeling confident, empowered, sexy and found myself having fun and even laughing through the shoot. I enjoyed contorting myself in creative poses like I was playing an imaginary game of twister."

"Hello! I have grown my hair significantly and decided to share it with you. You can't hide such beauty in your panties :). I took photos while vacationing in the south of Russia, where I decided to warm up from the cold Russian winter. For the whole day there was a great bright sun which made me want to do this photo session. I took photos in the morning and thought I would stop at this point, but in the evening there was a very beautiful sunset which I watched naked and at the same time I took a few more photos!"

"I was really looking forward to the shoot for over a week! I decided to do the shoot in my bedroom where I felt most comfortable and could move around freely. I put on some music and decided to have a play around with my clothes that were already on and eventually managed to get creative. I managed to put myself in angles I didn't even know I could do!"

"Hi there! I took these in my bedroom, which felt very personal. Being an introvert, I spend a lot of time at home and I always go all out to decorate my space and make it feel like my home. I put a lot of thought and effort into making my space feel like "me". I've always found being naked very liberating and I thought I might even be a bit of on exhibitionist because the idea of you looking at my photo set seems kind of hot to me!"

"I went into my second ISM shoot thinking this will be a breeze, however it was just as challenging as the first shoot and it tested my skills as a "contortionist". I was house sitting for a friend and keeping an eye on another friend's home while they were away. I wonder if the friends would be horrified to know I was naked in their garden!? Having done another photo shoot for "over 50's" I would wholly recommend any lady to embrace her femininity and take the plunge to do I Shot Myself as a liberating experience."

"I really loved this I Shot Myself experience, it was so much fun and was very freeing. I ended up shooting in my apartment throughout the day. The experience for me was really relaxing and made me look at my apartment and myself in a new way, in the past I've been really self-conscious but in the last year I've really come into my own and are owning my sexual energy. I feel very happy and proud of myself for doing this shoot, like I said, a year ago I would have never done something like this purely just out of fear but right now my self confidence is absolutely soaring, thank you ISM."
