Calista’s images speak to us of many things; lettuces, hunting wax, fishing nets and apron strings. Always a girl to keep her eye on her studies our decorative arts student takes on the form of a dryad (local tree goddess) and reveals the whole kitten and caboodle.

The first time Juicyskin showed up on our radar she was completely off the rails, literally. This time we see a more demure side to the beautiful body and personality that she is. Our local monkey lady still climbs trees, befriending the local fauna while luxuriating in the lushness of the Queensland rainforest.

Quite often the use of direct sunlight creates an acuteness of contrast that gives a rather sharp-edged tone to a set. But somehow that rule hasn’t applied in Elkie’s latest contribution. It’s probably got something to do with the softness she exudes, which enables her to break pretty much all the rules – and get away with it.
