We here at the HQ are no strangers to the fun - and the completely inappropriate behaviour - that can be caused by the technology of the label-maker. Why are dirty words so much better when they come out of a small machine as stickers? Oren may not know either, but she is most definitely well entertained.

Welcome Kara_D, who makes her debut on ISM by submitting a bundle of old Ektachromes allegedly found in a shoebox in her attic. This predates the swinging 60's and could well be the first ever self-shot nude set in the history of photography - or is she having us on? If this was kara_d then, what does she look like now? We'll have to wait for her next instalment to find out.

Xtin is all about warm tones, and this folio is full of the colours you think of as you drift off to sleep with an electric blanket in your bed. Snug as a bug in a rug – literally.

The snow hasn’t even melted yet and already this brave lady is out in the snow getting her already-minimal kit off. For her this is probably ‘a warm day’, though, seeing as she’s high up in the mountains all the time. And she didn’t even have to come down to ‘model her stuff’.

We are automatically jealous of anyone who has an outdoor shower. But it seems like just the right fit for Indigo, who so passionately enjoys the sensuous aspects of life, if her first ISM was anything to go on. She’s got red velvet flowing through her veins.

It’s easy to get lost in the patterns and textures of lace and stockings in Nastusia’s smashing debut, and then she pulls the frame back out at the perfect moment to remind us of what we’re looking at. Those textures are but accents upon her breathtaking frame, the real subject of her photographs.

Try to piece together the story Espoir_Noir is telling in this set and you’ll come up with something like this: she’s been bound by her master and forced to rob a bank, and then gets away with the money and spends it on producing her own hit record, the content of which sparks great controversy and lands her in jail, naked and rich. And that’s just the first half of the folio…

A slightly modified version of August's Art Prize winner shares a very special part of her life with us in this video series: her home. That's something that not all contributors share with us, perhaps because it's so very personal, so it's extra special when we get to peek inside that world. And there is really nothing more beautiful in the whole world than an Oren with a little baby inside her.

This absolutely ethereal set from Denny satisfies us on so many levels and definitely deserves some meditative attention. There’s enough here to keep your aesthetic mind churning for days. The subtle contrasts of colour and the never-ending length of her frame are fascinating to look at, provoking an erotic curiosity in us all.

Sirina has chosen a pretty down-to-earth (as close to the lowest part of the earth that as she can get without scuba gear) approach to ISM, and it’s nice to have that extreme earthiness in amongst some of the more high-femme productions we receive from time to time. This lady is not at all afraid to get very personal with her surroundings.

This folio is as gentle as the soul that brought it to life. Lady_Tibet looks positively saintly, and we have to wonder if she’s got anything bad on her record at all. I’m often suspicious of folks like that, but I think she is purely the real deal.

Despite the icy blue and white tones of Snowflake’s foray into nude self-portraiture, there is still a warmth to these images that cuts right through the chill. Perhaps it’s a result of the honesty with which she portrays herself, simply and without posturing.

Ziv’s true colours could be used in batik dyeing, they’re so deep and concentrated. Each image in this set is a breath of life, which is probably the case with everything she creates. An excellent piece of work to get yourself animated if you find yourself feeling a little drone-y.

D.I.Y. haircuts don’t always go well, but when you’ve got high standards for your hairs as Gladys does, everything actually goes quite, er, smoothly - in more ways than one. She always looks like she’s having a blast in her folios, which is just one of the things that makes them stand out.

Lynsey takes it outside for her third ISM contribution and I for one have been waiting for months to see her out in the sunshine. She looks stunning as ever in the pink and golden tones of this folio, and that extra kiss of sunlight on her skin goes miles to further reveal her crushworthiness.
