We are convinced that Joana and Canela are long-lost sisters - so similarly are they drawn to colour and to sound and to manifesting their passions artistically. We are blessed to have such vibrant souls appear here, and we hope they find each other someday.

Foxfire works herself into a sweaty, in-your-face frenzy in this set, as though the presence of the camera is an automatic call for high drama. This lady's got fire, and you'll feel those embers burning for at least a week, so you may need to engage in some cooling activities until things finally die down.

When it comes to the trappings of femininity, you have two options: you can let them entrap you, or you can trap them into serving your own particular version of ladyness, one that may just involve a few tears in your lace and some rather intentional placement of your string of pearls. A bit of smoke and mirrors (or even just mirrors) can go a long way to add dimension to one's photographs, and Dulcinee would never have fit into just two dimensions anyway. So we're glad she didn't try, especially since it means we get as many of her as she can fit into a single frame.

Love can have a tendency to make you feel like a kid again, playful and giddy and very preoccupied. Freckle & Ace have been in that state for over five years now, and they still have that quality about their interactions. We hope it never wears off.

This is one of those tiny marvels of human creation - each shot perfectly composed, light wrapping snugly around her frame, the lusciousness of her flesh so accurately depicted. Casi's use of primary colours gives this folio a remarkably bright character which complements her own rather bold character. She balances strength and playfulness in her postures, which contain a certain grace that perhaps only comes with years.

Becoming a lady in the world ain't an easy process, and as mwp knows, it can leave you in fear of the power your sexuality holds. It's only when you can control the use of that power that things start to turn around and that fear turns to tenacity. ISM is one small way in which mwp has managed to do that and, if she does everything else with as much artistry, we think she'll be just fine.

Angela and her dismembered member have a big 'fuck you' to deliver to oppressive gender politics, and she could think of no wider audience for her Public Service Announcement than you of the greater ISM metro. It's all verb, verb, verb these days, but somehow she's the only one doing any action.
