"I first shot for ISM when I was a wild and free 19 year old, now I have travelled the world and tatted up and although I am not settling down, I am going to have a baby! I am 14 weeks in these photos and feeling so comfortable and happy and full of life, literally! I decided to be a Single Mother By Choice as I have been ready for so many years, and I want my child and I to have complete freedom to explore and experience the world together! So my miracle little donor baby and I are here to show you today that you can make your own reality. I am so pleased to be able to share these photos with you, to hopefully bring some love and light into your life. I hope you have as much fun looking at them as I did making them!"

"With a few deadlines coming up, I welcomed the opportunity to play around with the camera and take my mind off the stressful stuff. I realised how I was conditioned by mainstream media to pose and effectively appear 'sexier', so it actually took some getting used to capturing myself in the manner you now see. Sometimes, I become distressed at the way the colour of my skin, or my relatively petite body, can be fetishised. Through these images, I see myself simply as I am - a woman with ancestors from another continent who had something to do with my body's appearance today."

"In ordinary life, not much time can be devoted to getting to know your body, and this experience turned me onto exploring myself more. I'm not currently in a relationship, but I often have thoughts about sex. Usually I sublimate these thoughts into work and creativity. When I shot this it was also like sublimation and experiencing these feelings. It gave me pleasure. This is also an amazing experience of accepting myself in the era of Instagram, where we are surrounded by ideal people. Seeing myself unfiltered was really important and I'm glad I did this."

"It was a beautiful sunny day. I woke up and decided to read a book first. I was in a fairly playful mood and wanted to take pictures. Next I had my daily exercise routine planned. I felt a rush of energy and good mood. I went to the mirror to look at myself and I was so turned on by how I looked that I couldn't resist taking a picture. After my delicious breakfast I went to the balcony to paint. This is my favorite thing, because when I paint my imagination develops. After I finished painting, my mood was high and I took a picture of myself. After all, I am my muse. It was a wonderful day."

"I have been thinking a lot about the theme of self love recently. True self love to me is holding your own hand, compassionately, always. I wanted to create a space to nurture this kind of deep and abounding love of self. To feel sensual, I like to be surrounded by objects that remind me of what sacred love can look and feel like: my Palo Santo incense, my records, my lavender oil, my mementos of uniqueness and magic, like Tarot, my dragonfly and dreamcatcher, and of course, a love flavoured tisane. Inner embodies outer and vice versa, after all."

"My bedroom is my prettiest, safest, most peaceful place in my life and I felt so pretty and like myself while shooting in my special space. I thought about how beautiful my body looks, and how much better I feel about myself than when I shot for this project a few years back. While taking photos in the mirror, seeing myself legs spread like that got me really turned on. I'm excited to share these photos to be enjoyed by others, not just myself."

"When it comes to joy, my bedroom lights my soul and opens up my most love filled state. My first ISM has been shot here, real, raw and radiant. Morning sun shining through, my favourite playlist going and a happy soul thinking about how beautiful these human vehicles are. We are pure magic! This shoot made me feel empowered and comfortable in my skin all over again. A woman with equilibrium. Shutting down the camera left me with only one thing exposed... my smile from ear to ear. A full heart."

"I took pictures at my friend's house, right after a shower. You can see the towel on my head in the first few images. When my hair was hidden under it, I thought that my face looked very beautiful even without loose hair. Then I took it off and exposed myself. I really like to sing, read, cook, play sports: I consider myself a very versatile person! My hamster also participated in my home shooting, I thought that he could not even imagine how he could become famous with the help of a photo."

"To create these photos, I went to visit my friends because their apartment seemed to me much more attractive and brighter than mine. At first I was scared, because I wasn't sure what exactly I needed to photograph. I was afraid that my photos would not be aesthetically pleasing or sexy enough, but after half an hour I realized that I like my body. I like to take pictures of myself from different angles. I watched the rays of the setting sun fall on my skin and my body sparkled with new colors."

"It's Winter, it's cold and wet outside. All I want to do is be cosy and lay in a steamy hot bath. I picked the last blooms in my garden so I could indulge in their scents one last time before everything dies off. I was so rugged up during the preparation, sifting through my grey lit garden that I almost forgot I had a cute little body underneath... haha! It definitely built up my excitement to connect to that flirtatious part of me. Then to dive into a bath of vibrant summery colours...!! I am so easily affected by the colour and aesthetics of my surroundings, this shoot made me feel so pretty and soft."

"I went to this beautiful location with my girlfriends and we thought that it'd be perfect for ISM. I even got in the water that day, the weather was pretty good - it was a beautiful, sunny day. I love this place for its beautiful nature and warm weather. On the way back I noticed a new location for a shoot - it is an abandoned building, very edgy. I can't wait to do a shoot there. I'm sure you guys will love it!"

"I shot most of the pictures in 2 different rooms since it was super cold! I even did some xmasy stuff, with tinsel and xmas lights. I also wanted to show off my new lingerie, since it's really bright and cute!! I kept getting packages this day, so I had to quickly put my gown on and run down, but I think one of the postman saw my boob by accident. Which was pretty funny to be fair. I took some pictures on the windowsill as well, thought I'd give the neighbors a good view!"

"I shot this in various rooms in my house before work one morning. At the beginning, I felt strange walking around my house naked, but in the end, I felt free, and really enjoyed letting my skin breathe. There was a council worker out the front mowing the lawn, and my back fence is shared with a neighbour and really broken down, so I had to be very strategic. When it was over, it felt strange to have to put clothes on. I think I'd gotten used to being in the buff."

"I did the shoot at my apartment and it really allowed me to be vulnerable with myself in my own space. After a few photos I really started to get creative and realise how I've never tried these poses in my life. They have always been very proper and "standard". It was a very beautiful experience to allow myself to move the way that felt good and not "perfect". I was with my cat the whole time and he kept seeing me do really intense poses, I wonder what he was thinking at the time. It was the most fun I've had in a photoshoot in a long long time."

"We are in the process of re-doing our back garden, but the weather has been so foul lately it has been hard to find days to get out there. I took the opportunity while the sun was shining. I've always loved getting stuck in and am not afraid to get my hands dirty. My partner was enjoying watching me shoot myself from the back door, and he just couldn't resist me in all that tradie gear - we ended up having sex right after (minus the chainsaw of course haha!)."
