"I shot this portfolio in my new apartment in the Dallas, Texas area. I had a very stressful day just the previous day, and wanted to relax through painting my apartment walls and photographing myself. It's such a stress reliever to produce art and focus on such technical painting."

Needless to say, I got out of there quick smart! I liked how the camera made me look when shooting outside. I also love my fanny and loved photographing it!"

I wasn't sure how I would feel, I thought I might feel dirty or ashamed but I just felt sexy and turned on. I felt bad for anyone who might have seen me! "That old bike had gathered rust and sat dormant, unused for years - what better time to straddle history. Its old, spoked, sharp edges and jagged metal pressed sharp against my vulnerable skin - if there was ever a time to get a tetanus shot, this was it. Having my skin wrapped around the old seat felt like embracing an old, long lost friend - wouldn't necessarily say I wanted to take a ride around the block in my birthday suit though!"

"It was interesting watching and becoming aware of my own ideas and state of being as the shoot progressed over the two hours I spent in my garden. It became more fun and enjoyable as it went on. I found myself fading away from original concepts, ideas and expectations about how I wanted it to look. My shoot ended up being completely present with myself, my body, the mannequin, the grass and the day."
