Bela is a sight for sore eyes - even as a bunch of pixels on our monitors, her energy comes through strong and clear, a whirlwind of fresh-faced exuberance. It's not just our physical eyes she's opening, either. Bela's familiar message of self-acceptance is delivered with such conviction, we're reminded of why we started ISM in the first place.

"¿Algo inesperado pasó? ¡Sí! Dos hombres que habían visto mi auto pararon para ver quién estaba allí. Eran los cuidadores del campo. Me pidieron de mala manera que me retire, pero les conté un poquito acerca de ISM y los convencí de que me dejaran quedarme hasta la puesta del sol. Así que pude terminar mi set felizmente. Did anything unexpected happen? YES! Two men that had seen my car stopped to see who was there. They were caretakers of the field. They asked me badly to leave, but told them a bit about ISM and I persuaded them to let me stay until sunset. So I could finish my set happily."

"At first I thought I wouldn't look good at all with make up messed on me, then I loved it. I took the photos until it started to rain, so it wasn't such a good weather as I thought, but I wasn't cold. A man came and I ran through trees. They were little ones and I scratched myself with branches and prickles, but it was still fun."

"I really wanted to shoot in a completely natural setting so I headed for the coast. I love being near the beach and having the different textures of the cliffs, rocks and water around me. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and a fun day was had.""

"I was having a tea party with all my cutest and cuddliest friends on a chilly winter's night. Even though I had the electric blanky on high, I was still freezing. I kept ducking in and out of the covers to warm up and then brave the cold again, I felt like a little rabbit! To make matters worse, Crystal the cat kept staring at me and trying to bite me!"

"This took place in my room at the southeast wall at a little past noon. I was thinking pins, needles and dolls, I was also thinking about if I was getting carpet marks and if it was going to show up on camera. Nothing out of the ordinary happened, just children screaming outside, nothing unusual."

"Fue una experiencia nueva y entretenida, nunca nos habiamos tomados fotos desnudas juntos. Era dificil concentrarse porque la tentacion sexual estaba al limite, muy cerca. Tratamos de mostrar sutileza y no herotismo, mostrando la seguridad que tenemos de nuestros cuerpos. Todas las posiciones y los movimientos de cada foto refleja como nos relacionamos a travez del contacto el cual finalmente nos llevo al acto sexual en me dio de la sesion..."

"I had these big plans of driving to this really cool outdoor location, but then the front of my friend's car fell off so there went that idea! I enjoyed shooting inside though 'cause it was nice and warm, and I could use the little things that I found around the house - the ribbon and duct tape. I loved using the colourful skittles too, though I did end up eating most of them afterwards!"

"I brought my pretty red outfit as a Valentines Day present for myself, so it only seemed fit that I share it with someone. I then bought a brand new bed, which believe it or not has 13 pillows on it! I guess I'm a bit like Goldilocks when I sleep, sometimes I like to cuddle up to a soft pillow, and other times I need a nice hard pillow to sleep on, so with 13, there's always plenty to choose from!"

"The shoot was a blast! I had to sneak around the house attempting to avoid my male housemates (4 of them)! But, at least it was sunny and fun. I hope, one day, to expand on these ideas and make something a little more creative, but I think I did pretty alright for my first go, what do you think? Thank you for having a look, hopefully you laughed a little and enjoyed it!"

There's a different kind of sweetness and intimacy in the videos we receive which are shot entirely by hand, in the true spirit of ISM. Holding a video camera at arm's length and peering into its mirror-like lens is a unique experience, and Junipur is especially charming with it, all easy candor and a refreshing lack of pretension.

"I took the photos in my house and also in the backyard when the weather finally warmed up a bit. The backyard made me feel extra cheeky because there was a chance that my neighbours were probably watching, and my housemates were home so I know they sneaked some glances! I wish I could be naked all the time. My favourite shots were the ones wrapped up in the mesh, it felt so nice on my skin and I really like how they turned out."

"It was freezing, being winter and all, so I thought I'd throw on a bunch of my colourful clothes and get outdoors in what sunshine there was. There was this funny part while I was shooting when I was out on my balcony. I didn't realise it but there were builders across the road on scaffolding and just as I was doing some awkward bending over pose, I heard a chuckle. I had to quickly duck down and do an army crawl to escape their prying eyes!"

If Lary hadn't told us she was from the mountains, we could have guessed anyway - that perfect pale skin, her red lips and the sharp, amused glint in her dark eyes all give us the feeling that we're breathing that crisp alpine air. We'd turn around to take in the perfect view, but Lary has provided with something even more beautiful to look at.

"I shot this folio in our neighbor's abandoned house first week of September 2012. It has grasses and leaves all over the area and wild flowers. It doesn't have roof, doors, and windows. Only walls are left. I thought I was alone but then I saw one of our neighbors doing something at the back of the house. I was shocked! So I have to hide through the walls with leaves all over it. Then I have to wait there until he left. Maybe he did not notice me..."
